We are located in the big and beautiful state of Texas. We are a family ranch dedicating our time and efforts on producing High Quality pork using old world methods but bringing our own twist to the plate.

We do not use growth hormones or antibiotics with our stock. Our feeling is that if we raise High Quality stock with vigor and do it properly, they don’t need all the chemicals and growth hormones. These techniques  produce a more robust and unique pork product. After all, what the animal consumes is what we consume while eating that wonderful pork chop. We KNOW what the animal has been eating therefore we know it is the best possible product we can eat that is not harmful to us.
